About This Project
Zyriel's Feature Organizer was built out of frustration with the default D&D 5e character sheet in Foundry VTT. The standard sheet organizes features by source — Class, Background, Species, Feats — which works fine for basic play but becomes unwieldy with homebrew systems, multiclassing, or when you simply want to group abilities by function like "Ki Techniques" or "Combat Maneuvers."
The module hooks into the dnd5e character sheet rendering pipeline, injecting custom category cards and drag-and-drop handlers directly into the Features tab. Players create categories in Edit Mode, then drag features between native and custom categories freely. Category assignments are stored as flags on individual items, so the underlying item data stays untouched and native D&D 5e sorting continues to work normally. GMs can also define World Categories that appear on all character sheets as templates.
Built for Foundry VTT V13 and D&D 5e system 5.0.x–5.1.x. Published on the official Foundry VTT package registry for one-click installation.
